Clinical Interests:
I am very interested in the children and adolescent population surrounding therapy practice. I am also invested in family and parenting work that is incorporated and necessary when working with children. IN addition, I am also interested in working with trauma and grief counseling to help clients overcome life obstacles.
Clinical Approach:
My clinical approaches vary depending on the population I am working with. However, I mainly use CBT, psychodynamics, humanistic, and DBT approaches when working with clients. I also use specific approaches like goal setting, coping skills, and skill building within these theories.
Hobbies:
I love spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy anything outside no matter what season it is. I like read in my downtime, if I have any. I also like playing different sports and playing board games.
