I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 12 years of experience, specializing in youth and families, clinical mental health, and military families. My clinical approach combines relationship-based techniques with empowering and cognitive behavioral interventions. I love helping persons with their mental health and believe everyone should have access to mental healthcare. I am a strong advocate for suicide prevention and helping people find their voice to advocate for their own needs to free themselves from their suffering.

Hobbies:

In my spare time, you can find me at a local horse barn or out on a trail. I enjoy cooking and trying new recipes. I love cycling on new trails and traveling.
