I have interests in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Positive Psychology.
Clinical Approach:
I help clients identify their concerns, needs, difficulties and goals through an integrative person centered approach. I integrate DBT, CBT, Solutions Based Therapy, and Mindfulness in treatment to help clients achieve their full potential. I believe that every client deserves to be heard and that they deserve to be treated with care and respect.
Hobbies:
In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, painting, and spending time with my children. I also have an interest in plants, axolotls, and music.
