Clinical Interests:
My clinical interests include looking at clients as a whole person. I enjoy exploring how trauma, neurodivergence, and your upbringing form who you are today. I enjoy working with children, teens, young adults, and adults.
Clinical Approach:
I use a combination of many modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. I use a person-centered approach and fully believe that the client is the main author in our sessions. I use humor, relatability, and unconditionally empathy to build strong rapport with clients. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the most important aspect of therapy.
Hobbies:
My hobbies include watching and going to sporting events; mainly hockey and baseball! I also love game nights, cooking with friends, and reading.
