Clinical Approach:
My counseling approach centers on creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to grow and thrive. I focus on building strong therapeutic relationships and setting attainable/achievable, client-driven goals that support meaningful progress. Together, we work toward positive change that is realistic, sustainable, and aligned with each client’s values.
Hobbies:
Being a mom is my greatest source of purpose, and spending time with my family is what matters most to me. I also find deep meaning in my work as a counselor, where I am committed to supporting growth, healing, and positive change. Outside of my professional work, I enjoy hiking, creating art, listening to music, true crime podcasts, playing games, reading, cooking, engaging in self-care and outdoor activities that help me stay grounded.
