Clinical Interests:
Trained in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, mind body medicine, and medication management, I hope to assist people of all ages struggling with post-traumatic stress disorder, mood disorders, ADHD, Autism Spectrum, substance use recovery and more. My populations/areas of interest include children and young adults, preventative/primary mental health care, and integrative/holistic health.

Hobbies:
I love crafts, board games, and forest bathing. I enjoy, but am not particularly good at, boxing, bowling, dancing, and swimming.
