More About Michelle Morris
Clinical Interests:
I am passionate about supporting individuals through life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional distress. My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, identity development, and enhancing communication and connection in relationships. I also have clinical interests in motherhood, perinatal issues, postpartum concerns, grief and loss, guilt.
I take a holistic, strengths-based approach and enjoy working with diverse populations to foster resilience and overall well-being. I work with clients across the lifespan children (ages 6+), adolescents, and adults and am committed to meeting each person where they are on their journey. I also believe that healing can coexist with humor, and I strive to create a therapeutic space that is both supportive and uplifting.
Clinical Approach:
As a compassionate counselor in training, I enjoy supporting individuals in building skills, finding purpose, and improving their overall well-being. I bring a genuine curiosity to my work and take a holistic view of each person’s experience. With empathy and without judgment, I aim to create a safe space while also encouraging you to grow both personally and in your relationships.
Hobbies:
I love immersing myself in nature through hiking, expressing my creativity through writing and painting, and recharging by spending quality time with friends and family.
