Clinical Interests:

My clinical interests include working with children and adolescents from birth to age 18 on a variety of issues. Such as depression, anxiety, LGBTQIA+ issues, and mood and behavioral disorders. I also enjoy working with couples and families.

Clinical Approach:

My clinical approach is to meet clients where they are by using a variety of therapeutic theories. I adhere to the Person-Centered Approach in that I will listen without judgement and be there to encourage and support clients. I will also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, and Emotion Focused Therapy to allow clients to find the best counseling approach that works for them.

Hobbies:

I enjoy reading, crocheting, knitting, and gardening. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends playing board and video games.
