More About Morgan Olson
Clinical Interests:
I work with individuals ages 18 and older. My clinical interests include, but are not limited to, dual diagnosis mental health and substance use concerns, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress management, self-esteem concerns, grief and loss, and adjustment difficulties. I enjoy helping individuals navigate personal growth, develop healthier coping strategies, and build resilience as they work toward their goals. I am passionate about supporting clients through periods of change and helping them create meaningful and lasting improvements in their lives.
Clinical Approach:
I strive to meet clients where they are and collaborate with them to develop a treatment plan that reflects their unique needs, strengths, and goals. Building trust, rapport, and a strong therapeutic relationship is central to my work, as I believe meaningful change occurs when clients feel supported, understood, and empowered. My primary therapeutic modality is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. I also incorporate elements of person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, strengths-based approaches, and mindfulness techniques when appropriate. My goal is to provide a nonjudgmental, compassionate space where clients can explore challenges, gain insight, and develop practical tools to improve their well-being.
Hobbies:
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and my dog. Most days, you can find me taking my dog for a walk and enjoying time outdoors. I value staying active, maintaining meaningful connections with loved ones, and finding balance through activities that help me recharge and appreciate the present moment.
