Clinical Interests:
I am interested in working with individuals ages 12+ typically with symptoms of anxiety, depression, or life transitioning events.
Clinical Approach:
I like to incorporate aspects of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (feelings, thoughts, behaviors) and Somatic Experience (bringing the physical body into the picture). With these two approaches, I can get a wholistic view of how someone is impacted by their mental health regarding their thoughts, actions, feelings, behavior and physical symptoms.
Hobbies:
I like to crochet while watching comedy and ensuring my cat gets outdoor time via a stroller and a walk outside. I also really enjoy theatre.
