Clinical Interests:
I am eager to join Nystrom as an intern to deepen my clinical skills and contribute to providing client-centered skills. My interests include using cognitive-behavior interventions, particularly with populations that struggle with anxiety and depression, working with emerging adults who are navigating identity formation, career and relationship transitions, and autonomy development, I am also interested in working with populations that are navigating grief and loss.
Clinical Approach:
Some clinical approaches that I am interested in include CBT, DBT, Solution focused therapy, Narrative therapy, and IFS.
Hobbies:
Some of my hobbies include going on nature walks with my two dogs, canoeing, swimming, disc golfing, reading, cooking, and the occasional arts and crafts.
