Clinical Interests:
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with vast experience in acute inpatient mental health settings, providing compassionate and evidence-based care across the lifespan comprising children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma and stress-related disorders, psychotic disorders, OCD, schizophrenic disorders, panic disorders, sleep disorders, and medication management. I strive to ensure every patient feels heard, respected, and empowered in their treatment journey.
Clinical Approach:
I integrate comprehensive medication management with collaborative, person-centered care to create individualized treatment plans that foster stability, resilience, and long-term well-being. Grounded in a whole-person approach, I thoughtfully consider cultural, physical, and environmental factors to ensure care that is both effective and deeply respectful. My goal is to empower each patient with clear understanding, evidence-based guidance, and supportive, nonjudgmental partnership to help them make meaningful, sustainable progress through both pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment approaches
Hobbies:
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, cooking, traveling, and volunteering at church.
