More About Paige Honeycutt
Clinical Interests:
I am primarily interested in working with adolescents and adults in an individual setting. My clinical focuses include mood disorders, anxiety and related disorders, stress, and other concerns that may not necessitate diagnosis. The pillars of my practice are access to resources, inter-disciplinary collaboration, and cultural consciousness.
Clinical Approach:
As a clinician, I take a person-centered and client-first approach. My clients and I collaborate to identify areas of concern and develop personalized goals for therapy. Practicing from a cognitive perspective, my goal is to help clients identify patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behavior that contribute to distress and access the necessary tools and resources to address them. My goal is to work jointly with clients to find the best practices for each individual.
Hobbies:
In my free time, I love to read, spend time with friends, practice mindfulness, and talk to my family. I am an avid hockey and baseball fan and love live events such as concerts! One of my favorite activities is going for walks or outings with my Labrador Retriever. As I am originally from Wisconsin, I enjoy exploring different places across Minnesota and am always open to suggestions for where to visit next!
