More About Paul Kluz
Clinical Interests:
My areas of clinical interest include working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, and trauma. In addition to individual therapy, I work with couples and families to help repair, strengthen, and deepen their relationships.
Clinical Approach:
My approach to therapy is grounded in meeting individuals where they are in life, and working collaboratively to help them navigate and overcome the challenges they face. I am trained in a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Family Systems Therapy. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to explore, grow, and heal.
Hobbies:
I enjoy spending time outdoors and engaging in activities like hiking, paddle boarding, and going on walks with my dog, all of which allow me to connect with nature and practice mindfulness. I also enjoy building model kits, a hobby that allows me to express creativity, attention to detail, and patience.
