More About QuNeshia Brewer

Clinical Interests:

I enjoy working with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds, ages 15 and up. My experience includes supporting clients with a wide range of concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, anger management, ADHD, and challenges related to college or student life. I also have experience working with individuals facing dual diagnoses and am committed to providing inclusive, compassionate care tailored to each person’s unique needs.

Clinical Approach:

It’s important to me that each client feels empowered and in control of their treatment. My role is to guide and support you on your journey toward positive change, using evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs.
I draw from several therapeutic models, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and the Task-Centered Approach. I also remain committed to ongoing learning and incorporating new methods that best serve my clients.
I believe therapy is most effective when there is a strong, trusting relationship between client and therapist. I take pride in creating a safe, supportive, and comfortable space—where you feel acknowledged, respected, and even share a few lighthearted moments along the way.

Hobbies:

Outside of my work, I enjoy watching basketball, binge-watching great TV shows, prioritizing rest and self-care, and spending quality time with friends. I value balance and joy in everyday life and strive to bring that same energy into the therapeutic space.
