Clinical Interests:
I am particularly interested in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional dysregulation, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I have a strong interest in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and helping clients develop practical skills for managing emotions, navigating difficult relationships, building self-awareness, and creating meaningful change. My clinical interests are grounded in a person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed perspective. I value creating a safe and nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship where clients can feel understood, build on their strengths, and move toward greater stability and fulfillment.
Hobbies:
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring and enjoying nature, and getting lost in a good book. I value time with the people I love and find that spending time outdoors and reading provide opportunities to recharge, reflect, and maintain balance.
