More About Rashaunacy Grant
Clinical Interests:
I have a passion for helping individuals heal from trauma, navigate life’s challenges, and reconnect with themselves. I enjoy working with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, emotional regulation, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. I believe healing is not about “fixing” yourself—it’s about understanding your experiences, recognizing your strengths, and learning how to move forward in a way that feels authentic and empowering. My goal is to support clients as they build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and create a life that feels meaningful to them.
Clinical Approach:
I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, heard, and accepted exactly as they are. I know that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I believe healing happens through genuine connection, trust, and collaboration. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and person-centered. I meet clients where they are while helping them identify patterns, build practical coping skills, and work toward the goals that matter most to them. I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as DBT, CBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based interventions, while recognizing that each person’s healing journey is unique. Above all, I want clients to know they do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone.
Hobbies:
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, journaling, staying active, and focusing on my own personal growth and wellness. I enjoy learning about mental health, healing, and self-development, and I believe it’s important to practice many of the same skills I encourage my clients to use. Whether I’m working out, spending time outdoors, listening to music, or simply taking time to recharge, I value activities that support balance, mindfulness, and overall well-being.
