Clinical Interests:

Child/adolescent issues (ages 4 and up) including mood disorders, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and self injurious behaviors. I also work with kids and families experiencing adoption/foster care challenges , and reunification work. Adults and couples work includes depression, anxiety, mood disorders, family counseling, pregnancy -related issues, divorce, and culturally-related issues.

Clinical Approach:

I tend to use an eclectic approach that is tailored to each individual or family. Modalities include CBT, solution- focused therapy, and psychodynamic therapy related to attachment theory.

Hobbies:

Exercise, anything outdoors, reading, knitting, spending time with my kids.
