Clinical Approach:

I take a humanistic, client-centered approach emphasizing client strengths and interpersonal connections. The client-therapist relationship is paramount to me, so I always want to make sure I am getting to know you as a complete person, not just your diagnoses.

Hobbies:

I got very into bird-watching when the COVID-19 pandemic kicked off in 2019, and it’s been a big part of my life ever since. Whenever I take a walk, I am always looking for a new “lifer” to add to my list of birds. I love playing Dungeons and Dragons and have been running a game for my friends since 2017. I am also a fan of video games.
