Clinical Interests:
My main interests are working with adolescents, young adults, and children. I’ve spent quite a bit of time working with students in public schools and now I’m moving to an outpatient setting. I have experience working with trauma, anxiety, ADHD, and more. I also especially enjoy supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community as part of my work.
Clinical Approach:
My philosophy is to follow my client’s lead. We are the experts on our own lives. Within that, I like to use a variety of techniques to meet the needs of the individual client. I draw on solution-focused brief therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and play therapy the most, but I’m always looking to expand and learn new approaches. In addition, I am also a HAES-informed provider. All bodies are welcomed in my office.
Hobbies:
I spend most of my time outside of work with my two cats. I’m also really into video games, crochet, and anything Sanrio.
