Clinical Interests:
My clinical interests mostly include past and/or recent trauma, along with anxiety, autism, and early childhood. I am open to working with a variety of clients though too but like to focus on early childhood mental health.
Clinical Approach:
I like to use strength based and problem solving approaches while also exploring and validating previous experiences, good and bad and how they impact current thinking processes. Furthermore, while challenging clients and parents to explore ways to discontinue the generational trauma. I have also received trainings for play therapy, Accelerated resolution therapy, and use trauma informed approaches.
Hobbies:
I enjoy spending time with my cat, friends, and family. On my free time, I also like watching my favorite shows, doing puzzles, cross stitch, embroidery, and outdoor activities like walks, biking, or rollerblading.
