Clinical Interests:

I work with adults with mental health and substance use disorders. I have experience working with clients with a wide range of concerns. I have knowledge and/or experience with anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, trauma and stress related disorders, substance use, and other concerns. I am certified in Exposure Response Ritual Prevention and am passionate about working with clients with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and love to utilize DBT skills training in my practice.

Clinical Approach:

I am passionate about providing a safe and nurturing environment. I facilitate conversation to assist with building acceptance of self and reality. I work together with my clients to learn and practice skills to make meaningful and lasting changes. I strive to provide a non-judgmental approach to help clients embrace life on life’s terms. As a fellow human, I strive to assist my clients with cultivating acceptance and compassion. I believe the therapeutic relationship is crucial to change.

Hobbies:

I love spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, camping, fishing and going for walks. I am fond of dogs, especially my family’s rescue dog.
