Clinical Approach:
My clinical approach to therapy is integrative and client-centered, drawing from a range of evidence-based practices to meet each person’s unique needs. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can be your most authentic self—without judgment or fear—and feel truly seen and heard. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I work alongside you to explore your experiences, build insight, and develop practical tools for healing and growth. Together, we focus on your strengths, honor your lived experiences, and move at a pace that feels right for you, with the goal of fostering resilience, self-compassion, and lasting well-being.
Hobbies:
I enjoy the simple things that bring comfort and joy, like spending time with animals, taking a good nap, or getting lost in a favorite TV show. On nice days, you’ll often find me sitting in my swing or lounging in a hammock, soaking up the fresh air and sunshine. I love being creative through arts and crafts, and I’m equally happy organizing, simplifying, and embracing a minimalist mindset. Board games, card games, puzzles, trivia, and game shows are some of my favorite ways to unwind, especially when paired with music, a good comedy, or anything that makes me laugh.
