More About Sarah Meckley
Clinical Interests:
My clinical interests involve working with children/adolescents, adults, and couples. I work as a generalist and see clients from all different backgrounds and for different mental health needs. I primarily work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and neurodevelopmental disorders.
Clinical Approach:
I believe therapy is a collaborative environment and I work to foster a good therapeutic relationship with clients. I am a person centered therapist who puts the client at the center of each appointment and work within their needs on a given day. I use elements of psychodynamic therapy to gain a better perspective of the life of my client and utilize CBT and play therapy as well.
Hobbies:
In my free time I like to spend time with family and friends. I enjoy traveling, running, reading, and spending time outdoors.
