More About Sidney Dombrowski
Clinical Interests:
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I provide compassionate and evidence-based support to individuals, couples, and families navigating a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, life transitions, and stress-related concerns. In addition to supporting couples and families, I also work individually with clients seeking personal growth, improved communication, or help processing difficult life experiences.
One specific area I am dedicated to is women’s mental health and emotional well-being; I provide a supportive and empowering space for women to explore their unique challenges and personal growth. My work focuses on issues such as self-esteem, life transitions, identity, anxiety, and the pressures many women face in balancing roles, expectations, and self-care. In addition to working with women at all stages of life, I also have experience supporting mothers who are navigating the emotional complexities of motherhood. Whether you’re struggling with the identity shift that can come with becoming a parent, feeling overwhelmed, or simply in need of space to process your experience, I offer a compassionate and nonjudgmental environment to help you feel more grounded and supported.
Clinical Approach:
I work from a collaborative, empowering perspective that honors your lived experience. My goal is to help you better understand your story, reconnect with your strengths, and feel more confident in who you are, both in your relationships and within yourself.
Hobbies:
I enjoy spending time with my dog and going on walks with him! I also spend time swimming or gardening in the summer or reading a good book! I am currently a graduate student and so I spend a lot of my spare time doing that!
