Clinical Interests:
I have clinical interest in working with Depression, Anxiety, Grief/Loss, LGBTQIA+ community, Mood disorders, Personality disorders, and PTSD. I work with adolescents and adults.
Clinical Approach:
I want to meet my clients where they are at, no matter where that is. I strive to create a compassionate and warm space for them to work on their mental health. I see things from a relational perspective as our relationships can affect every aspect in our lives. I enjoy using CBT, DBT skills, Narrative therapy, and Solution focused therapy. I am trained in working with couples and families as well.
Hobbies:
I enjoy spending time with my pets and my family. I often play board games with them and we love having fun together. I like true crime novels and watching makeup videos in my spare time as well. I try to get outside when I can and love to travel if I have the opportunity.
