Clinical Approach:

While emotions are universally experienced, they are not always universally understood. In a consistent, safe, warm and supportive environment, clients can begin to access deeper insight into their emotional landscape. Because emotions are often a driver of our behaviors, understanding them is an empowering pathway to building of resilience, healing and connecting with all parts of the self.

Our thoughts, behaviors, early attachments and life experiences shape the meaning we assign to our lives. I believe people have the capacity to shift that meaning and change both their internal and external world in ways that fruitfully align with their present needs and desires.

My clinical approach is direct yet warm. I aim to empower clients through guided self discovery, helping them learn to trust their thoughts and emotions. I work to create a reliable environment where clients feel seen, supported, and safe. As patterns and tendencies emerge, I exude unconditional curiosity, compassion and grace while walking alongside them in their healing process.

Therapy with me in a collaborative journey that is tailored an individuals needs, goals and growth. Together, we explore what is means to come into fuller awareness and move into a meaningful and free way of being.
