More About Taylor Kline

Clinical Interests:

I am interested in working with adolescents and young adults that are working to find their identity and may also be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or eating disorders, but am open to exploring all diagnoses. I am also interested and experienced in working with kids who may be struggling with anger or impulse issues including those with ADHD, anxiety, trauma, ODD, RAD, DSED, and other related boundary concerns.

Clinical Approach:

I use a client-centered approach and often utilize CBT, DBT, Mindfulness-based practices and motivational interviewing to encourage my clients to be aware of their goals and develop steps to reach them in a way that aligns with their values. I also enjoy incorporating nature and art activities into my approach whenever possible.

Hobbies:

I absolutely love being outside, taking walks, hiking, fishing, flying kites, playing basketball, you name it. I also enjoy cooking, baking, and listening to music, as well as playing ukulele and playing video games.
