More About Taylor Pasch
Clinical Interests:
I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, personality disorders, and serious or persistent mental health challenges like Bipolar Disorder and Schizophrenia.
My background includes specialized training in EMDR, EMDR 2.0, and DBT. I’m always seeking out cutting-edge approaches because I truly believe my clients deserve the most effective treatment available. Earlier in my career, I worked as an inpatient therapist in a maximum-security prison, where I supported both men and women through some of the most complex mental health and life challenges.
I believe healing is absolutely possible, and my goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered as you work toward meaningful change.
Clinical Approach:
My clinical style is warm, humorous, collaborative, and very down-to-earth. Therapy with me is not about judgment or pressure — it’s about creating a space where you feel understood, supported, and able to move at a pace that feels right for you. I am grateful for the opportunity to work alongside you as we navigate your treatment. I focus on helping clients not only talk about what’s going on, but actually experience meaningful change.
Hobbies:
Outside of work, I enjoy running, walking, reading, and spending a peaceful day at the beach or near any body of water. I’m also a new dog mom and will probably admit to giving my dog a few too many treats — we both really love a good snack.
I’m a big fan of chocolate and iced coffee, which feels very on-brand for me. And when it comes to music, my tastes are all over the place, so if you ever want to bring a song into session, don’t worry — I’m open to hearing it all.
