Clinical Interests:
My main clinical areas of interest include; anxiety, depression, stress management, grief/bereavement, relationship issues, and chronic illness.
Clinical Approach:
In practice, I use several different modalities including but not limited to; CBT, DBT, Mindfulness based Training, Interpersonal Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Client Centered, and Motivational Interviewing.
Hobbies:
My main hobby is fishing. If there is an opportunity to fish, even for a few minutes, I take it.
