Clinical Interests:
Teresa enjoys working with individuals and families and has a passion for helping individuals as they transition through different seasons of life. Teresa uses strategies from CBT, DBT, ARC, CPT, and solutions focused therapy to partner with you on your journey toward growth and healing. As an experienced foster/adoptive parent and past intensive treatment in foster care therapist, Teresa has extensive experience in supporting families involved with the foster care system. Teresa received Permanency and Adoption Competence Certification through the University of Minnesota. Teresa has experience in a variety of settings including home, office, school, and an agency focused on helping individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Teresa also is part of our Protector Overwatch Program and specializes in assisting first responders, military/veterans, and their families. Teresa believes music and nature speak to her soul and spends much of time playing pickleball and attending concerts when not at work. She also enjoys reading and spending time with her friends and family.
