Clinical Interests:
I enjoy working with clients to enrich and better their lives through offering techniques and resources for the client to utilize that will improve their lives. I teach my clients and want them to utilize the suggestions to improve their lives. I want to create a bond so that I can tailor the suggests, tips and tricks, and techniques to fit their lives.
Clinical Approach:
I utilize an integrated approach, meaning I pull from all theories because I know that there is no cookie-cutter way to assist clients. I love talk therapy mixed with CBT and introspection.
Hobbies:
I enjoy spending time with Family, Friends, and loved ones. I also love spending time with my puppy. I love reading and movies/tv. I love games: video games, board games, card games, etc. (Ever played Secret Hitler? That’s fun!!) I like walks and sitting by a fire chatting. I love connection and social time. As humans, a basic instinct is social connection.
