Clinical Interests:
In my career, I have worked with clients from many diverse backgrounds and mental health concerns. I have clinical experience working with homeless veterans, people experiencing anxiety, depression, crisis, major life shifts, and relationship repair. My passion is therapy and helping others to find the quality of life they are looking for. I currently work with couples and individuals.

I offer an affirming; collaborative approach grounded in empathy and evidence-based practice. My goal is to create a safe, inclusive environment where you can explore your experiences and feel empowered to move toward healing and growth.
Hobbies:
Outside providing therapy services, I enjoy all things that surround living a healthy lifestyle by exercising and preparing meals. I also love spending time with my husky-mix puppy and taking her on walks! Other ways I can recharge are by reading attention grabbing books, watching my favorite movies or shows, and spending time at local coffee shops.
