Clinical Interests:
I have extensive experience working with a wide range of mental health challenges, including Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, ADHD, and Substance Use Disorders. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals with a dual diagnosis—navigating the intersection of mental health and substance use. With my background in Criminal Justice and my current path toward a Bachelor of Social Work, I am driven to show my clients that positive, sustainable change is always possible. I’m also working toward becoming a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) to better serve those in recovery.

My approach is always person-centered. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are, treating you as an individual rather than just a number or a diagnosis. I focus on building a relationship rooted in respect and dignity, and I strive to promote empowerment, strength, and self-confidence. My goal is to help you recognize your own potential and provide the support necessary to spark meaningful change in your life.
Hobbies:
When I’m not working, I love spending quality time with my family. If the weather is nice, you’ll usually find me outdoors taking trips on our ATVs and mud trucks. To unwind and recharge, I lean into my creative side through cross-stitching, painting, and drawing.
