Clinical Approach:
I approach each appointment with a genuine interest in the person in front of me. My aim is to develop a clear understanding of who they are, their life, and the circumstances they are navigating at that time. From there, we work collaboratively to identify and agree on a plan of action that is logical, appropriate, and aligned with their individual needs—always maintaining a focus on achieving the goals that matter most to them in that moment.
Hobbies:
Snowboarding, mountain biking, rock climbing and various other outdoor activities. I have a German Wirehaired that accompanies me on all kinds of adventures.
