Tuuli is a three-year-old Bernedoodle and a Certified Therapy Dog through the organization Canine Inspired Change.
When providing Animal Assisted Therapy, Tuuli’s nonjudgmental companionship can enhance therapeutic outcomes by fostering trust, reducing stress, and facilitating clients’ regulation of emotions and management of anxiety or depression symptoms.
Tuuli also supports the development of communication and connection within the therapeutic relationship. Her presence can be especially helpful for clients who find it difficult to open up, offering comfort and grounding during challenging moments. With her fluffy coat, calm demeanor, gentle temperament and attentive presence, Tuuli brings comfort and joy to everyone she meets.
Tuuli works with provider Ann Marie Siekkinen at the Coon Rapids East location.
