Clinical Interests:
My clinical interests encompass utilizing basic skills for the rehabilitation of adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and identity issues.
Clinical Approach:
My approach is largely Cognitive-Behavioral, Person-Centered, and Dialectical-Behavioral. My increasing competency in arts therapy also predisposes me to Narrative Therapy.
Hobbies:
I am also a singer-songwriter, writer, and actor, as I have been able to build on my education in the humanities from my undergraduate degree.
