More About Zoe Bernard
Clinical Interests:
I enjoy working with a broad range of clients on a variety of concerns, including life transition, anxiety, trauma, depression, communication skills, paranoia, and more. I have experience with individuals ages 12+.
Clinical Approach:
I believe all people are the experts in their own lives. Because of this, I approach therapy with as much compassion and humility as possible. I intend to work alongside you at your own pace on goals, treatment, and healing. My approach integrates mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and a focus on identity. I view people as whole beings and highly value connecting the body to the mind through grounding techniques and deep breathing exercises.
Hobbies:
In my free time I can be found walking my dog Benji around a lake, writing stories, and playing the guitar. My favorite season is fall, so as soon as the leaves start turning I’ll be up north hiking.
