Clinical Interests:

Alden is one of Edina’s newer therapists and works with children, adolescents and emerging adults, ages 8-30. He practices art therapy and works from a transtheoretical model when providing therapy. Alden specializes in the LGBTQIA+ population as well as anyone who is experience neurodivergence. Alden is part of the queer and neurodiverse community and uses self as therapist when appropriate.

When meeting with Alden one can expect lots of humor, symbolism and analogy to help make therapy “stuff “more understandable, and fun combined with processing and reducing problematic symptoms. Alden prides himself on a safe, caring, non-judgmental, accepting space for those who choose to work with him.
