Clinical Interests:
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been in the field since 2017. I work mainly with preteens, adolescents and young adults. Therapy should be patient centered and informed. Your goals and what you want to get out of therapy should be the focus. We will use a collaborative approach to make meaningful, realistic, and sustainable changes in your life.
I have additional training in treating trauma, developmental trauma, childhood abuse and neglect, suicidal ideation and self-harm, as well as anxiety, depression, anger, self-regulation, sensory needs, trouble with peers/bullying, and an array of other issues as well.
Clinical Approach:
I offer both in-person and Telehealth appointments. It is a priority to make access to mental health care as accessible as I can for patients. Starting or restarting therapy can feel daunting or intimidating so please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.
Hobbies:
In my spare time I enjoy reading books and spending time with my family going on outings. I also really enjoy watching scary movies and hockey.
