Clinical Interests:
I provide therapy for adolescents and adults and work with couples, individuals, and adults. I have clinical interests in mindfulness, self-esteem, anxiety, healthy communication, depression, and life transitions. I intend to create a safe environment for my clients to help them reach their goals.
Hobbies:
I love spending time outdoors, working out, country music, and going for walks with my dog.
