Clinical Interests:

I find interest in working with anyone who has a desire to be helped. My clinical interests include trauma-informed care, anxiety and mood disorders, personality disorders, severe and persistent mental illness, and other mental health challenges. I also enjoy supporting individuals through life transitions using a compassionate, person-centered approach.

Clinical Approach:

I believe in approaching every client with a person-centered approach. Our time together will be a collaborative process, and you will always have a voice in my office. Creating a safe, warm, and welcoming environment is my top priority. By doing so, it allows you to reconnect with yourself and find a healthier, happier way of living. I strive to make my clients feel understood and accepted. In doing so, I hope to allow you to let down your defenses, explore your personal experiences, and move towards personal growth. I will help you become more authentic and independent by helping you remove the social masks you wear. I know the importance of viewing you in the context of your environment and taking into account things like social life, socioeconomic status, and the political state of the world, so I can better understand you and your struggles. I know what a difference it can make to have someone in your life who is empathetic and understanding, and I want to be that person for you.

Hobbies:

I enjoy spending my free time connecting with friends and family. I like to work out at the gym and make time to walk outside when the weather permits it. I find rest and relaxation important and spend time watching shows or reading. Cooking and baking are things that I also like to do when I have the time. I also prioritize spending time recharging by listening to music and journaling.
