More About Alleah Baltzer
Clinical Interests:
I work with children (ages 6 and up), adolescents, and adults in outpatient therapy and psychological assessment. My clinical interests include mood disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, neurocognitive disorders, and diagnostic clarification through comprehensive psychological testing. I value the role of assessment in helping individuals better understand themselves and in guiding thoughtful, individualized treatment planning.
Clinical Approach:
My clinical approach integrates psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) perspectives, along with mindfulness-based strategies. I strive to meet clients where they are and work collaboratively to support their unique needs and goals. I prioritize fostering a strong therapeutic alliance and creating a space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered in their growth.
Hobbies:
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy spending time with my fiancé and our dog, being with my family, baking, and attending sporting events.
