More About Annabella Henrichs
Clinical Interests:
I have experience providing therapy to children ages 7 and older, adolescents, and adults. My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma-related concerns. I am passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and develop meaningful strategies for coping and growth. I strive to create a collaborative and supportive therapeutic environment in which clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. My goal is to help individuals better understand themselves, strengthen their emotional well-being, and pursue personal growth in ways that are aligned with their values, goals, and overall quality of life.
Clinical Approach:
My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Care. I work collaboratively with clients to help them better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while also supporting deeper emotional awareness and healthier relationship patterns. I see therapy as a relational and reflective process where we not only address current challenges but also explore the underlying patterns, core beliefs, and past relational experiences that may be shaping present-day distress. In my work, I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard. I tailor my approach to each person’s unique needs and goals, integrating practical skills with deeper emotional work. My goal is to support clients in building self-understanding, strengthening emotional regulation, and developing more secure and fulfilling connections—with others and with themselves.
Hobbies:
I enjoy spending my free time with my loved ones and my two cats, Moose and Annikin, as well as playing pickleball, scrapbooking, baking, and playing board games.
