More About Annabella Henrichs
Clinical Interests:
I have experience working with children (ages 7+), adolescents, and adults. My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, LGBTQ+ concerns, and childhood disorders. I am especially passionate about supporting adolescents and adults as they navigate emotional regulation and other mental health challenges. My background has given me a deep understanding and empathy for individuals facing these struggles, and I am committed to providing a safe, supportive space for growth and healing.
Clinical Approach:
My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I use these evidence-based methods to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while also building stronger emotional awareness and healthier relationships. I strive to create a supportive, empathetic space where clients feel safe to explore challenges and develop practical skills for lasting change.
Hobbies:
I enjoy relaxing at my lake cabin and spending quality time with my friends, family, and my two cats, Moose and Annikin. My hobbies include playing pickleball, singing, baking, and playing board games.
