More About Ashley McComb
Clinical Interests:
I am interested in working with clients age 15 and up. Specifically those with concerns around anxiety, depression, life transitions, and stress management. I believe the language we use and how we speak to ourselves matters and I have a strong interest in strengthening this while working through your core concerns.
Clinical Approach:
I follow a person centered approach, while pulling from areas of cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, acceptance & commitment therapy, and motivational interviewing. I find the most important piece of therapy to be the alliance between clinician and client. You are the expert on your life and we will collaborate to create goals around the areas you want to improve.
Hobbies:
In my free time you can find me spending quality time and laughing with my friends & family. I’m a passionate MN sports fan, through thick and thin. I love to spend time outside, experience live music, paint, and collect vinyl.
