More About Caitlin Lawrence
Clinical Interests:
Children, Adolescents, and Adults-I have a strong interest in supporting individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and related challenges. I’m particularly drawn to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and strength based approaches, as they offer practical tools and empowering perspectives that support change. I integrate other techniques based on each client’s needs and remain committed to expanding my clinical framework as I continue to grow in the field.
Clinical Approach:
I take a client centered approach to therapy grounded in curiosity, empathy, and trust. I believe meaningful growth happens when people feel safe, respected, and understood. I build strong therapeutic relationships by meeting each person where they’re at and moving at a pace that feels right for them. I enjoy helping clients navigate life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and stress by identifying and building on their strengths. My goal is to offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where people feel empowered to take meaningful steps forward in their journey.
Hobbies:
I recently moved back to Minnesota, and I’m excited to embrace the seasons. I enjoy being outdoors with my dogs, going for walks, playing volleyball, reading fiction books, and visiting a good coffee shop!
