More About Charles Dale
Clinical Interests:
My primary experience is with children and adolescents, particularly those that have been in the child welfare system or adopted. This has led to much focus on conditions such as ADHD, Anxiety, Trauma, and Depression. I have a passion for identity work in emerging adults and those that have recently had unexpected life changes.
Clinical Approach:
My approach is very client driven. I use a strengths based approach to address the concerns that you have. I am nonjudgmental and display unconditional positive regard as I help you to become the version of you that you want to be at your speed. Therapy is not a race but a journey. Whether you’re unsure what you want to do with your life, or you know exactly what concern you want to address, I will be with you every step of the way. Everyone is different, so let’s work together to find what works the best for you!
Hobbies:
I’m all over the place with hobbies! In my downtime you can catch me playing guitar or some other instrument I decided to pick up that week. I also enjoy climbing, camping, hiking, and just being out in nature! That being said, I also can be a homebody and play board games, video games, and Dungeons and Dragons! If that’s not enough variety, I also work on cars, engage in woodworking, and tackle whatever project has come up with my house!
