More About Cody Fero
Clinical Interests:
My clinical interest primarily focuses on teenagers and young adults. I have a strong passion for assisting individuals in navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, feelings of shame, behavioral challenges, and relationship dynamics. I also have a deep interest in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, creating a space for healing at the client’s own pace.
Clinical Approach:
My clinical approach is strengths-based and individually tailored. It is grounded in the belief that each person brings their own unique experiences and goals to therapy. I strive to make a connection to help build a safe and supportive relationship. I enjoy looking at creative approaches that may assist in meaningful self-directed growth.
Hobbies:
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends. I try to stay active by playing soccer, golfing, and going for hikes. I’m a proud self-proclaimed nerd and love diving into video games, comics, and other pop culture. I grew up skateboarding, and while I don’t ride as much these days, it holds a special place in my heart. Lastly, I enjoy finding various different types of documentaries and podcasts.
