Corey is a clinician who enjoys working from a cognitive behavioral and mindfulness approach to therapy. This means that he loves supporting individuals in overcoming challenges and achieving goals through creating new and healthy thoughts and behavioral habits. Prior to joining Ellie, Corey has spent the past seven years in various roles within the counseling field including working with individuals on skill development; residential co-occurring treatment; and outpatient therapy. Corey has become well-versed in working with individuals of various walks of life on many different topics and issues in this time. He is excited to continue his journey as a clinician with Ellie as well as continue to support individuals on their own paths to personal growth and life satisfaction.
Outside of the office, Corey spends his free time attending live music events, watching movies, and exploring the variety of food options throughout the Twin Cities.
