More About Darcy Winsor

Clinical Interests:

I enjoy working with individuals, families, teens, and couples. I have experience of working with clients who are struggling with their mental health and well-being. I enjoy working with clients on various issues including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, adjustment to life transitions, as well as many other issues.

Clinical Approach:

I incorporate a variety of therapeutic approaches with clients including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative therapy (telling me your story), Exposure therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy. I desire to meet each client where they are in their healing process without any judgement. I believe it is important for each person’s autonomy to be reflected in their therapeutic partnership with me. I personalize every approach to help each client identify their challenges and reach their goals. More importantly, I am here for you, and we will work together with the best approaches that aligns with who you are.

Hobbies:

I enjoy scrapbooking, card making, and reading. I like to be outdoors as well; walking, fishing, and seeking adventures in places I have never been.
